• Email + profile (aspiring trader, active trader 0-2y, 2y+, professional) via newsletter signup or waitlist forms.
• Usage data aggregated (page views, time on page) via Plausible/PostHog self-hosted analytics.
• Payment data for paid subscriptions (Belt System / Arena Pro / Sensei) handled by Stripe. We do NOT store card details.

3. Purpose of processing

Services delivery (course access, tool access, mentoring booking), educational newsletter (one-click unsubscribe), aggregated analytics, billing.

4. Third parties

• Cloudflare (hosting + CDN)
• Stripe (payments)
• Loops / Beehiiv (email + newsletter)
• Plausible / PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics)

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing. Contact [email protected]. Right to lodge complaint with Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it).

6. Retention

Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Course access data: subscription duration + 90 days post-cancellation. Billing data: 10 years per Italian tax law.

7. Affiliates and tracking

Affiliate links use UTM parameters for tracking conversion attribution. No personalized profiling. No cross-site tracking. No retargeting.
