1. Service

The Trading Dojo provides educational content (Path), courses (Dojo Belt System), software tools (Arena), and 1:1 coaching/community (Sensei) for retail traders. ALL content is educational, NOT personalized financial advice. We do NOT hold CONSOB OCF certification.

2. Account & access

Pro / Pro+ / Belt courses / Sensei require an account. You are responsible for credentials security. One account = one person. Sharing forbidden.

3. Pricing

Belt System: 49-999 EUR one-time per belt. Arena Pro: 19.99 EUR/m or 199/y. Pro+: 29.99 EUR/m. Sensei mentoring: 299 EUR/h. VIP Telegram: 99 EUR/m. Founder pricing (limited to first 500-1000) locks lower rate lifetime. All prices include applicable EU VAT where required.

4. Refunds

14-day free trial on Pro / Pro+. Cancel within trial = no charge. Cancel within 30 days from first charge = full refund. Belt courses: refund only before access granted (instant access = forfeit). Sensei: refund only with 48h cancel notice before session.

5. Content ownership

Materials you generate (journal entries, trade analyses) are YOURS. Exportable via CSV. We don't claim license on user-generated content. Course materials (videos, PDFs) are licensed to you for personal use, not redistribution.

6. Acceptable use

The Trading Dojo is an educational platform. NOT allowed: (a) redistributing course content; (b) reselling Sensei sessions or VIP Telegram access; (c) automated abuse (scraping, API abuse).

7. Liability

Trading carries high risk. The Trading Dojo is NOT liable for trading losses you incur. All content is educational. Your trading decisions are yours alone. See full risk disclaimer: trading risks.

8. Jurisdiction

Italian law. Forum: Holder's residence.
